1. Age
You have to be 18. You must be at least 18 years old. In some countries, the requirements are even stricter (21+). You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. So what is this site, really
We write about online operators. Reviews mostly, plus the odd guide. A lot of the links you’ll click are affiliate ones – sign up through one and we might get paid a cut. That’s how we keep going.
Things we don’t do: take bets, hold deposits, run games, touch your money. None of that. If you spend anything, it’s on whoever’s site you landed on after clicking – their rules, not ours.
3. Don’t do this stuff
Short list:
- breaking laws (whichever ones apply where you are);
- trying to break into the Site;
- lifting our content for your own thing;
- pulling scams, on us or on anyone else through us;
- being here from a country where you’re not supposed to be.
Before you click out to a partner, glance at their terms. Yeah, nobody reads those. But if something goes sideways later, “I didn’t know” won’t get you far.
4. The content
Articles, reviews, layout, the logo – all made by us at Downloader. Read it, share a link, send it to a friend. But copy-pasting it onto another site? No. Ask first.
5. Links going out, tools running
Outbound links everywhere – kind of the whole point. We also run Google Analytics in the background to see what’s working. Once you click off our pages, you’re on someone else’s turf and we have nothing to do with what happens there.
6. We change this page sometimes
When something needs updating, we update it. The new version goes here. We’re not emailing anyone about it. Keep using the Site after a change and you’re agreeing to the new version.
